In the fourth quarter of 2021, the top 5 simulator games on the Android platform in the United States exhibited diverse performance trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a detailed look at how each game fared.

Boss Life 3D: Office Adventure from Alictus saw significant fluctuations in its weekly downloads. Starting at over 200K downloads at the beginning of the quarter, the numbers dropped to around 29K by mid-November before recovering to approximately 54K by the end of December. Active users followed a similar pattern, peaking at nearly 278K in early October and then declining to about 55K by the end of November, with a slight recovery to 82K by the end of the year.

Traffic Cop 3D from Kwalee Ltd showed a notable increase in weekly downloads in mid-October, reaching a peak of around 235K. This was accompanied by an increase in active users, peaking at over 300K in the same period. Weekly revenue also saw a significant spike, reaching approximately $1.3K in mid-October. However, by the end of the quarter, revenue stabilized around $357 per week.

BitLife Dogs – DogLife from Candywriter, LLC, experienced a strong start with weekly revenue peaking at around $45K in early November. Weekly downloads started at nearly 110K and peaked at around 144K in the second week of November. Active users also saw a significant increase, reaching nearly 192K in mid-November before declining to around 127K by the end of December.

Teacher Simulator: School Days, another title from Kwalee Ltd, had an interesting trend in weekly downloads, starting at around 62K and fluctuating throughout the quarter, peaking at about 93K in mid-November. Active users increased significantly in November, reaching about 153K before dropping to around 46K by mid-December and recovering to around 90K by the end of the year. Weekly revenue remained relatively low, peaking at around $203 in late November.
